Njihova zgodba pa se ni za\u010dela v sodobnih biotehnolo\u0161kih laboratorijih, temve\u010d v temeljnih raziskavah beljakovin pred ve\u010d kot sto leti. Pot od prvih kemijskih poskusov do natan\u010dno zasnovanih sinteti\u010dnih peptidov je primer, kako se potrpe\u017eljiva znanost postopoma spreminja v prakti\u010dna orodja za zdravstvo.<\/p>\n<p>Ta \u010dlanek prina\u0161a zgodovinski pregled: kdo je odkril peptide, kako se je razvijalo njihovo razumevanje, zakaj so jih za\u010deli sintetizirati in kako so postali pomemben steber sodobne biomedicine.<\/p>\n<h2>Za\u010detki: raziskovanje beljakovin v 19. stoletju<\/h2>\n<p>Korenine peptidne znanosti segajo v 19. stoletje, ko so kemiki posku\u0161ali razumeti, iz \u010desa so sestavljene beljakovine.
